Can Someone Review My Ielts Task 2? Thank You So Much

Some suggest that young people should take a job for a few years between school and university. Discuss what the advantages and disadvantages might be for people who do this.

In the modern life, people usually address to earning money than learning knowledge. Therefore, some young people want to find a job before entering in a school or university. Whereas many people believe students should go to school or university first. However, in my opinion, drawbacks and benefits of a situation depend on the decision people make.

Working in a specific job makes young people know exactly what they want to do for their future. It is because high schools also held some career orientation sessions to help students envision occupations in the real world. But they have no experience to envisage their own life. In the western countries, the school board invariably held career orientation sessions for students to teach about the job will be and the employee characteristics they need. However, student are too young to know what the future job really want to do.

On the other hand, young people are too immature to work in a working environment and find out solutions to deal with troubles they face for. This means colleague relationships, stress, working with superior are some problems which employees constantly face while young people just communicate with their peers and family. For example, my younger brother decided to find a job without entering a university. However, with the high school graduate certificate, he merely does a part time job with a small salary. After working few months, he has some problems with co-worker, but he has no solution to deal with it.

All in all, I think that young people should spend a year enjoying the life, participate in some activities that they’ve never been to do or working a job that improve their skills. However, they should not focus too much on that, but enjoy the study environment in a university. Because it helps them learn and know many things that life does not have.
