Can someone proof-read my essay and look for errors it's really short
In my opinion, there are three very good ways to help homeless people. First, providing them with a job could be a start to get them back into a working society. Second, having a hiring agency in each state dedicated to helping the homeless find work suited towards them. Third, Stopping people from giving the homeless money. First of all, providing the homeless with jobs is no easy task, as most homeless people aren’t interested in working at all, but for those who are, this can be an adequate step in the right direction. The homeless need more work, not just for themselves, but for society in general and frankly, if it were up to me I would put a program in place to assist the homeless on searching for jobs, and that program would assist the homeless in an easier way to find jobs without the hassle. Also, we have to remember that the homeless are part of our society and a job would get them back where they be long and out of the tax-payers money or better put somewhere else. Secondly, I would suggest to provide a Hiring Full-Part time agency for each state to assist the homeless in looking for work. On paper this could back-fire or not get any reception, yet if dealt the right cards would put us on the spot to help millions of homeless people to find work. The agency could build their profiles to help them find a specific-work related fields and put them in positions they are more likely not to quit. Now there are many jobs that the homeless will not be satisfied with, but it would be a good way to get them working nonetheless, and build a way to get the homeless off the streets. Of course, even with this in place we may still struggle to get the homeless working and back into society. Third, we have and I repeat have to stop giving the homeless money. They are feeding from it like a shark eating a delicious human! It in no way provides support to them and encourages them to stay the way they are. Well, from a thoughtful standpoint people think they are doing good, yet they encourage homeless to continue to beg, not work, and sleaze their way through life. Disappointingly enough, I have seen strangers give the homeless up to 50 or more dollars, and I’m not saying people don’t deserve help, but one needs to struggle badly to redefine what’s going on in his/her life. In my opinion, we need to stop giving out free money period. I suggest if you really need to give the homeless money then take some responsibility, and go with them to make sure they really need the money, because if they don’t you are complicating the problem rather, then fixing it. Obviously, there are shelters in place and other systems in place to assist them so why do they need even more handouts. Easy enough this is what I would suggest to get them motivated. Perhaps we need a law in place that you cannot give the homeless more than 5 dollars a month, as there are way too many generous people out here for my liking.
