Can someone plz explain to me the differences?

What do you mean when you use a defenite tense:

1. I've been searching for the keys for three hours, but I didn't find them.
2. I've been searching for the keys for two hours, but I haven't found them
3. I've searched for the keys for two hours, but I didn't find them.
4. I've searched for the keys for two hours, but I haven't found them.
5. I searched for the keys for two hours, but I didn't find them.

I am not familiar with the classification system that includes the term "definite tense". In any case, I would use one of these:

1. I've been searching for the keys for two hours, but I haven't found them.

2. I searched for the keys for two hours, but I didn't find
