Can someone please help me with building better understanding and flow in these sentences part of an essay?
1: As the refusal to negotiate continues between Israel and the Arab countries, the Palestinians Arabs attack the Israelis with help from Palestinian organizations.
2: The Saudi Peace Initiative created the negotiability of the issue. Although, this agreement can be made it may get affected.
