Hi everyone,
I have to write an explanation letter to become a Canadian citizen but I am not too sure that if my grammar is right.
Dear Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada Officer,
My name is Jooyoung Kim, a permanent resident of Canada since December 27, 2005. I have lost my permanent resident card a few weeks ago in Vancouver, British Columbia. Since it is no longer in my possession, I can’t provide a photocopy of both sides of my permanent resident card; I have made a photocopy of the front side of my permanent resident card for my own record long time ago and I attached it below this letter.
I appreciate your time and consideration. If you require any further information, please feel free to call me on X-XXX-XXX-XXXX or at Email Removed. Thank you.
Best Regards,
Jooyoung Kim
What do you guys think? Does everything look fine? Please let me know. Thanks!
