Can someone please check this sentence for clarity?

Good day, kindly have a look at the below sentence, and see if it's ok to be used.


"Melissa, I strongly urge you to keep your distance away from me from now on, because you are a very unpleasant individual, and I don't like you one bit."

Use one or the other, but not both.

It sounds a bit stilted though - would you really say that to someone?
