Can someone please check my short paragraph

I am so blessed to be a part of this agency. I am very grateful working with everyone. The finance department is my second family. I spend more time with them than my family. I have changed so much in my twenty five years of working here. I used to be skinny. I remember Jane used to call me skinny girl and always tells me to eat more. I’ve also learned to be more patient and no to be so sensitive from the words I hear from my fellow workers. We are family at finance.we care so much to each other.

I become emotional when someone leaves from our department because I treat them as my relatives. Thank you and hope to get another plaque like this one or better.
