Can someone please check my sentences

The property tax for XYZ for 2015-2016 is $150,000 and the bill was paid in January 2016. Per your previous e-mail, you we requesting a tax exemption from the city. I just want to know if XYZ is going to have a payment adjustment from the city of Santa Barbara. Please advise.
