Can someone please check my sentences

I have two accounts ( in, with) your bank. One is savings and the other one is certificate deposit. I used to see my accounts online, but two weeks ago, my savings account does not show anymore. The message says: The account is in dormant. I sent emails to the customer service and different staff replied to my concern saying they will investigate. I tried to login since last week, but I could not login anymore and it shows this message: Your account has been locked due to security reasons. Please call customer service. I have been calling the customer service ever since then, but they could not help me. It is very disappointing that no one could help me regarding this matter. Please give me access online so I will be able to see my accounts.

Thanks
