Can someone please check my motivation letter for a bachelor's degree in engineering?

Throughout my life I have always had an affinity for exact sciences, as well as technology. The first time my parents bought me a computer I, as a toddler looked on the computer as an entertainment source, though with time as I matured I developed other interests in computers like the way they functioned. For instance I was thrilled to know that the graphics processing unit (GPU) is responsible for the creation of images on the display, whilst the central processing unit (CPU) is practically the brain of the computer, due to the fact that it carries out instructions to the rest of the system. There are also other components which the computer consists of like the motherboard which allows communication between many of the electronic components of the system or randomly accessed memory (RAM), which stores the data of the computer. And so I was captivated by its complexity in general.

I am currently in my last year of high school, where due to my interests in exact sciences, I have chosen to continue my education at University, where I would have the opportunity to study a lot deeper, and on a higher level subjects, which reflect my preferences and interests, such as Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science and IT. Considering the fact that my school profile is based on math I would like to continue this trend in University, as an engineering student, where I could combine all the knowledge I have gathered over the years and try to deepen my understanding of engineering.

As for my physical activities I have a passion for mountain climbing, swimming, doing fitness and practicing martial arts. All of my passions have in some way or another formed me as a person and impacted my life in different ways. For instance mountain climbing for me is a symbol of an obstacle, which I have to conquer in order to succeed, thus teaching me patience and motivation to stay on track until I get the job done, martial arts on the other hand have thought me discipline and focus, before leisure and laziness and much more.

Thinking about my future career, I see General Engineering as an engineering field which differs from the other engineering majors, due to the fact that it incorporates all of the engineering fields in one, giving you all the basic knowledge, so that you make your further choice in the engineering field seamlessly. The coursework is the same coursework taken for other engineering majors, which would provide me with a stepping platform for my further education in Aerospace engineering.
