Can someone please check my grammar

I just want to say thatGod is so good to me that he has been helping me not to get offended.,For instance, my boss who is also a Christian doesn't know how to handle her staff professionally. I don't like it whenever she confronts me or another employee about something. She talks so loud and she would always use these phrases: you did not do this, or because you did not do this that's why we have a problem now. I just looked at her in the eye trying to understand her behavior. Sometimes I want to disrespect her or just walk out. But because I pray while she's talking to me, I just tried to be calm and talk to her with respect. I know that God put me in this situation to help me grow spiritually.
