Can someone please check my grammar

1. I just want to let you know that the filing drawers for the 2014 files have been moved to a small room right in front of the lunch room.

2. May I ask who is the accountant for XYZ and ABC? I am updating my worksheet for the 2016 management fees, and would like to get some information regarding the payments.

Thanks again!
