Sorry to inform that we have just received a word from Mr. xxx that there is a changed of schedule.
Dato xxx and Mr. xxx will be arriving in Beijing taking the same flight on 18 Jan 2006 instead, the return flight remains unchanged.
Kindly inform the hotel for the amendment accordingly, we would be appreciate if you could revert to us via e-mail with the hotel and transport pick-up confirmation.
