Can Someone help with my probably simple homework?

Hi there,
I'm just taking an intro linguistics course. Part of our assignment was to break the word "inconclusively" into its morphemes.
I can't figure out whether the root for the word would be conclude, or conclusive? The "s" in there is throwing me off. Can anyone help with some clarification?

term=conclusive&allowed_in_frame=0 The words are related, but apparently "conclusive" was taken as a whole from Latin / Old French.
