can someone help me with this one?

Graham Penfield is an American oddity. The 46-year-old bookstore owner has never set foot inside a shopping mall. Not once. Ever. Why? "Never wanted to," Penfield says unapologetically. When coaxed a little, he elaborates: "From what I hear and read about them, malls sound like noisy, crowded, artificial environments. Why would I want to visit one?" According to some mall regulars, that's precisely why they flock to shopping malls—to immerse themselves in the noise and crowds and faux-village-square atmosphere. For these folks, bigger is better, and it doesn't get any bigger than the new mall in Islington. It covers 78 acres and is seven times as large as Yankee Stadium. When I described this mall to Penfield, he blinked and looked at me as though I had lobsters crawling out of my ears. "Madness!" he declared. I confess that I nodded eagerly in agreement.

I think it might be D. the Preserve Small-Town America Society because I figure it's a small society in the middle of nowhere that likes small town living and want nothing to do with big malls and such??? I was maybe also thinking the bookstore owners but there are bookstores in malls so not so sure about that one.

Thanks

Yes, D. Large malls do not go with small towns.
