Can someone help me with my motivation letter? Can you check it?

I am a recently-graduated student with few significant work experiences unfortunately, but, despite that, I have a well defined idea of my future life. After graduating from the programme I see myself working in private companies as member of the brand management team or as expert on communications within the company and in public relations.

I will hit the mark thanks to my open-minded approach to problems: I think that teamwork is essential to solve a problem. To share our knowledge and, at the same time, enrich ourselves thanks to other's knowledge, is the element I look for in a possible future work.

After graduating from the programme I will probably start my career from a entry-level position but I am quick at learning and I will do my best to carry out my assignments as best as I can.
Furthermore, I am highly motivated in reaching my goal: I feel certain that I will work with market leading international brands.
