The advantage of having tests and exams is which can promoting competitiveness among students. Tests and exams results can reflect how much knowledge you really learn and recognize the ability between the students. Unfortunately, the currently education system is cruel, they often judge a student good or bad just depends on how many marks they can get in the tests, especially in the exams. If some students who gain the results which they are unexpected, they would do much better and work hard in the next time. On the contrary, some students who get the good results, they do not want others surpass them, so they would do more exercise in order to maintain their marks. Thus, since everyone don’t want to being a weaker, having tests and exams can motivate student to do well as much as they can.
