Can someone help me to compose this letter

Hello everyone,

I am holding an account with a local bank (EBI) however recently i am facing some problems with them. My salery has not yet been credited to my bank account and logged several complains on the same however there hasn't been any action from the bank.

the first time the promised a resolution in 48 hours, but no responce from there side. when i followed up the said it may take another 48 hours for them to put this matter to rest.

As this is not the first time such an incident has taken place. it has also happened earlier (Once).

Can someone help to compose a letter on the same.

Start by simply writing what you would say to the bank on the telephone.

Are you sure that the problem lies with the bank and not with the company that is sending your salary to the bank?

If the problem is with the bank, and they keep making mistakes, I would change banks, if I were you!
There is a lot of competition outh there - why reward incompetence by doing any business with them?

Hi,

I have confirmed with the company, they have given me a letter stating the transfer from the company to my bank account. its the bank's fault, they must have credited someone else’s account instead of mine.



i have previously faced a similar situation with the bank where they credited my account after a week.
