can someone help me to check if there's any grammar or structure problem

Hi I'm a chinese guy working in Intel, could some kind people from this forum check if there is any grammar or structure problems in my message below. I'm sure i've a lot. Please edit for me. Thanks.

This e-mail has been given permission for me to send to all Intel staff. Thanks for the discussion with Kok Leong and Corine. In fact I had many great evening discussions with Kok Leong - one was about value. He had rephrased one of my statements from “Character Determines Your Altitude in Life” to “Attitude Determines Your Altitude in Life”. Thanks and however both proverbs are equally the same meaning.

Not all of the Intel staffs that I’m referring to but to some of those; even though the senior staffs have this problem as far as I’ve seen. Just not to mention their names. Shame on them to have this kind of attitude.

Let’s start the journey of attitude.

Was the 7 effective habits class really effective? Are Intel values really effective? The answer is YES they are really effective. But why it seems so ineffective among most of the people? I’m pointing the finger at YOU not the VALUES. The values are great but no necessary you’re great just because the values are great. Give you some scenarios: I could give you the most effective proven money making strategy on your table yet it couldn’t work; I could even give you the best of the best motivational speech to propel you to the next level of live yet it couldn’t change, I could even give you the greatest formula to create love, wealth and relationship yet it couldn’t be accomplished. Why so many people fail since this is already the greatest proven formula in your hand? Isn’t that simple to follow it and to achieve it?

To put it in a nut shell…The answer is simply because: we fail to apply it or we apply it in a wrong way. Back to the point below.

Below pictures are what I’m going to pin point. Well I’m sitting in a conference room and at times some of the staffs will use the room for meetings which I don’t mind at all. But can you see the pictures below what they’ve created after meeting? If fact, there are a few times they just left with their chairs scatters even though I’m around… Am I a dummy? Which I’m not decisive enough to see things happen? The other question is: are they selfish? Or they just don’t bother about things? Is this related to attitude? Well everybody can judge that by now which is a BIG YES; it is related to your attitude!!!. So I’ll be sitting there like a transparent guy and can you ask yourself who will eventually pack this mess since I’m the only person sitting in the room? Me or You?

The problem: If I leave this room with those chairs scatter and I don’t take initiative to bother because it is not my fault and it is yours, who do you think other people will judge the mess? Me or You?

Isn’t this common sense?

First, ask yourself what kind of attitude you have if you can’t even push the office chair back and slide it to its original position after meeting or after work.

Second, if you don’t do it, ask yourself again, who else will do it if I don’t? The answer is someone else right? RIGHT? And who is the someone else? One of them is me.

Thank You,

Gary

Hello Gary Maybe you know I am not a native speaker. I know well that I'm not qualified to edit your writing because I myself am not so good at writing in English. But as I found this post of yours is remaining unanswered, I'll try to rewrite the first part of your composition.

Hi Paco or to any Teachers.

What do you mean "above all some of seniors ones" from your above message. Isn't it suppose to be "above all some are the senior ones"

Another Question: from Gary's Message (Last Paragraph) "And who is the someone else? One of them is me"

Hello Gary

I was confused for a while to find your ID different. But it's OK now.

I wrote "above all some of senior ones" to mean "above all, some of senior staffs". Speaking frankly it was a bit difficult for me to get what you want to say by " Not all of the Intel staffs that I’m referring to but to some of those; even though the senior staffs have this problem as far as I’ve s
