Can someone help correct these pesky grammar errors?
The following are what I need help with:
Cotto displayed a dominant performance against Urkal, eventually to the point where Urkal's corner retired after throwing in the towel in the eleventh round.
I was told "I'm sure the fighter retired after his corner threw in the towel" and told me that I had to improve the sentence, but I don't know how.
Cotto defeated Judah by technical knockout in the eleventh round in front of a sellout crowd of 20,658.
How can i re-write this so the sentence does not end in numbers?
the media speculated that the winner of the two fights would likely fight each other next.
should the word "winner" be plural?
With the match taking place...
I was told this is a noun plus -ing sentence structure. How can I fix it?
Margarito overwhelmed the less experienced Cintron
How can i cut down on the hyperbole in this sentence so it doesn't sound exaggerated?
