can someone fix this paragraph my english writting is not that great

Dear xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx,

I regrettably am writing you to report that I have been placed in a extremely stressful situation in my current work environment. I have previously report incidents involving a small group of leadership on my team. It is a scary and stressful time for me due to the fact that the person who is placing me in this situation is my direct supervisor and my union president xxxxxxxxx. I recently hurt my knee at work. I have all of the medical documentation for your review if necessary. When presenting my paper work to Mr. xxxxx he verbally insulted me in front of fellow co workers by saying” how long are you going to milk this one” as well as when I handed him my leave paper work he refused it by hand and “Said don’t give it to me put it desk” while he was seated with others for lunch. Not only has Mr. xxxxxxxxx involved himself with creating a overly stressful work environment. He has entered my personal life asking coworker and friend xxxxxx why does he hang out with me and how could he be my friend outside of work referencing as if there is something wrong with me. I truly enjoy my work and our great organization and it brings me more duress to report this but it is the lesser of to evils. Considering the level of stress is now effecting my family and health. I am requesting that a investigation into my claims is enacted as to fact that I can’t seek action thru my union.
