Can someone fix my paragraph please!

The Native American Cinderella “Oochigeaskw-the Rough Faced Girl” has greater moral values than Charles Perrault's Cinderella, because she doesn’t pretend to be someone else and understands the principle of telling the truth. Cinderella's character is known to be patient, kind, and sweet natured, but many people may disagree, due to the fact that she attends the ball without her families consent. As Elizabeth Panjatta states “Cinderella's triumph at the ball has less to do with her innate goodness and more to do... with a string of subversive acts: she disobeys the stepmother, enlists forbidden helpers, uses magic power, lies, hides, dissembled, disguises herself, and evades pursuit.” (660) When Cinderellas step-mother and step-sisters return from the ball Cinderella opens the door “rubbing her eyes and yawning and stretching as though she had just woken up.”(627) Even though she was at the ball with them the whole time. Cinderella also attends the ball wearing a“dress of gold and silver cloth, all sparkling with precious stones.”(626) This materialistic image gave everyone at the ball, including the prince, the impression that Cinderella was a princess. She lied to the prince by not telling him the truth about her status the second night she met him. Cinderella lied to the prince by not showing him her true self in the beginning. On the other hand, Oochigeaskw tells the truth to her family that she is going to see the invisible one. When Oochigeaskw “set off, her sisters shouted and hooted, hissed and yelled, and tried to make her stay. And the loafers around the village, seeing the strange little creature, called out “Shame!” (640) Oochigeaskw receive the opposite treatment Cinderella received when she arrived at the ball. The fact that Oochigeaskw didn’t turn back and run home indicates that she is self-assured, and confident, because she's sure of her own abilities to find the invisible one. Oochigeaskw also doesn’t pretend to be someone else, she show her true self to the invisible one and his sister. She knows shes not the most attractive girl, but she still leaves home without the help of a fairy godmother. Oochigeaskw shows her true self rather than being ashamed of who she is, and in the end she perseveres by being honest.
