Topic: The best way to reduce youth crimes is to educate their parents with parental skills. To what extent you agree or disagree?

Nowaday, the crime rate has increased rapidly due to the gap between the rich and the poor especially the young (aged from 15-20 years old). Most people blame this phenomenon for parents which make people think teaching parental skills is the best way to reduce the rate. In my opinion, I just fairly agree with that.

Admittedly, teaching parental skills is necessary for parents. Nowaday, a lot of children is disobedient to their parents especially to young couples because they have no experience about teaching their children. Furthermore, they don’t know how to distinguish right from wrong behaviours. They lack so many skills so that they cant prevent their children from temptations . As a result, some parents apply for some classes teaching about child-care skills to improve this problem.

But those skills will never be enough to teach children because there are so many elements affecting them, and, therefore, there is no such things like the “best” way to deal with this problem. Taking environment for an example, living in the environment which is full of theft, assault, drugs, your children will definitely end up becoming criminals which tell us the impact of good environment. Besides creating good environment, it is aslo essential to find good friends. Having good friends means you will have support, fascinating activities to attract you, who easily commit the crimes.

In short, to deal with the difficult problem like youth crimes, only providing parents with child-care skills will never be enough, this require a combination to reduce this crime rate
