can someone please correcting the errors on these sentences, thank you:

how bout if I put "be" on it, is it still wrong?

what is the correct sentence if I want to use "would" and "eligible"

For how long would the vicitim of the car accident still be eligible...

I would put "after the accident" after "for how long" and try to avoid using "accident" twice so that it reads: For how long after a car accident would a vicitm still be eligible to file suit?
