Can someone correct my email?

Hi wrote an english email what will be graded. So i want to be sure it is the best english possible can someone help me with this?

Subject: Decision on Communication Improvements

Dear Mr. Hooper,
After examining the recommendations given by consultants of Ward Associates, I came to the conclusion, that we cannot adapt all of the recommended solutions.
To improve the internal communication, the heads of department should send weekly reports to the board of directors. This will enable directors to keep in touch with key developments in the company. If this is working sufficient we will not need to hire a manager in charge of key accounts.
Further sales representatives will not need to be supplied with blackberries. This is an unnecessary increase in costs and might lead to a misuse of communication devices. It will not guarantee a better communication.
Last but not least I considered the recommendation for the customer service department as reasonable .If there are any complains focusing on health and safety implications the Marketing, Research and Development and Public Relations should be informed so that they can react in time and pretend further complications.
