Can someone check these sentences

However, one of the fastest ways to get your in house staff trained in a new skill is to hire an experienced consultant to train them.

AND

In such cases neither the technical problem gets the attention it needs nor can the issues with their current projects be solved efficiently.

Are these constructions OK?

For the first sentence I would write "However, one of the fastest ways to teach your in-house staff new skills is to hire an experienced consultant". You don't need the "to train them". nor" and write "In such cases the technical problem does not receive the required attention and the issues with their current projects cannot be solved efficiently".

For the first sentence I would write "However, one of the fastest ways to teach your in-house staff new skills is to hire an experienced consultant". You don't need the "to train them".
