Can someone check my writing?

Hello guys, I'm writing a report for my cousin about "Hobbies" in english and I would like you to read it and let me know if the grammar is Ok or if I made any mistake.

Now when you read it you might know that it wasn't written by native english speaker because of the way how it was written, so I'd like to know how would you (native english speaker) have written this report? I really appreciate your help.

Hobby

I have many hobbies, one of them is swimming, I began to swim in a club called “The country club” located in Miami when I was ten years old. I swam for one year and then I took a break to start playing soccer, which is another sport that I like playing.

After swimming for one year at the country club, I joined the UCV’s soccer team, there I made friends and learned how to play soccer pretty good. I played with the UCV’s soccer team for one year and then I left the team to dedicate time to my studies. Fives months later I started to swim again at a different club called “Casa los Andes.”

At the club I met Armando who is one of my closest friend today. Armando and I usually gather at my house to play on my PlayStation, our favorite game is “Grand Theft Auto 5” the game consists of passing several missions, buying houses, driving cars, flying aircraft and more, it is really entertaining. Another game that we like is “Call of Duty” this game is about soldiers and warriors trying to catch up the bad guys.

When I’m neither swimming nor playing soccer nor playing on the PlayStation, I’m watching TV. Of course all this activities I do them on my free time because I’m in high school and I also need time to study a lot.

In summery my hobbies or activities that I most enjoy doing are swimming, playing soccer, playing on the PlayStation and watching TV.
