Can someone check my motivation letter please
Hi, i am going to study in Germany, so i wrote a motivation letter to apply for a visa and i have some confusions with it.

Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing this letter to apply for a long-term student Visa in Germany.
In the beginning, I would like to introduce myself. My name is XX . I am from X and I was born in X. I graduated from high school in 2014 with a percentage of 97.2% in the scientific section.
My professional goal is to be a specialist physician in Nuclear Medicine. I want to benefit my home country with this important branch of medicine, especially because there is a shortage of doctors who are specialist in this branch of medicine.
For me, when it comes to studying abroad in general and studying medicine in specific, Germany is my best and preferable destination, and this is for many reasons; the German education system is well known over the world for its strong structure in both school education and high education. Germany has some of the best and oldest institutions from around the world. These institutions contain the knowledge and experience which I desire to learn from and have the opportunity to experience these historical achievements. German graduates and employees are in great demand all over the world because of their strong dedication towards education and real world experience. Medicine students in Germany are offered an outstanding opportunity to practice their studies in some of the most prestigious hospitals in Europe. After I finish my language studies in Eurasia Institute, I plan to study medicine in Heidelberg University, as it is the best university to study medicine in Germany, as also Heidelberg University Hospital is one of Europe’s leading medical center.
As an intended medicine student, I hope to contribute to Germany’s substantial medical advancement and learn in such prestigious institutions like Heidelberg University. And I hope to get the Visa to help me in achieving my dream.

I put a line under the words that i have trouble with,
1- Should I say "Dear sir or madam" or Dear Sir or Madam", and should i put a comma after it.
2- Should I began the Letter with "I am writing this letter to..." OR "I wrote this letter to....".
3- Should I say medical studies or studying medicine.
4- "After finishing my language studies in Eurasia Institute, I plan to study medicine in X university" OR "After I finish my language studies in X Institute, I am planning to study medicine in X university".
5- medicine student or medical student.

what do you mean by "specialist physician"?
"I want to benefit my home country with this important branch of medicine, especially because there is a shortage of doctors who are specialist in this branch of medicine." Better say sth like "this is an importnat branch of medicine in my country [why is it important?] besides there are not many specialists in Nuclear Medici
