These include a jack, lug wrench, metal stick and your spare tire. First get the jack and place it on the side of the car that has the flat tire. If you look carefully underneath the car, there should be a direct placement of where you can put the jack to elevate the car correctly to a safe position. In order to make the jack elevate your car, you must use the metal stick and poke it through the hole of the jack to be able to turn it. Once the car is elevated to where the flat tire is off the ground, you can stop and start to use the lug wrench to un-tighten the lugs off the tire. Once this is accomplished, you may take the flat tire off and put on the spare with the lugs being screwed back on to its original place. Make sure you screw the lugs with the same amount of turns because this way the spare tire will be more aligned with the rest of the original wheels. Afterwards, you may use the metal stick to turn the jack in the opposite direction, thus lowering the car until the flat tire is completely rested upon the ground. Before I never knew how to change a tire but now I do with these simple instructions that were provided to me. The only problem with the whole situation was that I did not have enough strength to use the metal stick to make the jack elevate the car. That was one of the hard parts because I got tired easily after a few turns. This happened again when I was trying to loosen the lugs from the bolts on the tire. Some of them were screwed so tightly that my hand immediately got sore within a few seconds. Taking the flat tire and putting on the spare tire was quite troublesome as I once again did not have enough strength. I soon figured out that a girl cannot actually perform a successful change of tires because it requires a certain amount of strength in order to be able to lift the tires and strengthen the lugs on the screws.
