Can somebody please help me with these sentences?

1) Can I use the word plush in the following sentence?

The house should be expensive as it is located in plush (luxurious) area.

2) A: OK. I think I have answered all your questions? Do you have any questions?

B: You answered all of them. I don't have any /any more questions. I think we should wrap it up?

In the above conversation, would "any" (for speaker B) fit in as well?

Thanks in advance!

Hi Avangi,

Thanks! For the first one, It is posh. I think I heard it as plush.

For the second one, I meant "any" and "any more" (as well). "I don't have any more questions" ( This is perfect). Can I say I don't have any questions?
