Can somebody please explain these sentences?

I always get confused when I am about to speak sentences like the following? Can somebody please help me with these?

1) Americans do not need visas / a visa for traveling to Europe as tourists / a tourist.

If using visas, would they be interpreted to Americans or the number of countries in Europe?

2) which is appropriate?

Each room in the building has its own access card, but the person would be entering only one room/ one room only.

3) Employees do not need access cards / an access card to enter the building.
In the above question, the employee would not be entering more than one room in the building. I just wanted to make a general statement, and it is not just for a particular employee.

4) The organization is well known. They should be having a branch / branches in all the countries

Thanks a lot!

5) Does "take it easy" mean all of the following?
bye, relax, settle down comfortably, take rest without doing any activity

6) If Mike feels that this state is cold, he might go back to his state. However, he would be coming

back/coming again/coming back again if his work place directs him here for temporary
assignments.

Thanks a lot!

Hi coolguy01 1) Americans do not need visas / a visa for traveling to Europe as tourists. Since Europe consists of the EU and other non-EU countries, visas (plural) would mean all of these countries and zones. But since no visa is required at all, the singular form conveys the same meaning.

2) I am trying to convey that a person needs a separate access card for each room in the building, but there might not be a need to enter more than one room.

How about this?

Each room requires its own unique access card, but, since most people require authorization for only one room, they will need only one card.
