Grammar

Can somebody please clarify these doubts?

Hello friends:

Are sentences 1a, 1b, 2a, 2b, and 2c grammatical?

1a) I am interested in the job opportunities that are currently available with you.

1b) I'm interested in the job oppurtunities you have.

2a) I would like to meet Mr. A, I would be coming to your office if he would be present today.
2b) I would like to meet Mr.A, I will be coming to your office if he will be present today
2c) I would like to meet Mr.A, I will/would be coming to your office if he is going to be there.

3) what is the difference between "I have run out of options" and "I am running out of options"?
Can I use "I ran out of options" instead of "I have run out of options"?

4) What is the difference between "We clean the house once every two weeks" and "We clean the house once in two weeks"?

5) It was cloudy in the morning yesterday, and he seemed to be lazy.

Can i use "it seemed that he was lazy" instead of "he seemed to be lazy"?

Thanks a lot!
