Can somebody please check this paragraph!

Hi!

I'm unable to understand the behavior of my boss and still I'm feeling ambivalent about my job. He always tries to degrade me in front of others neither appreciates me nor applaud my efforts. Whenever I give presentations he always picks lame mistakes in it. If job would not have been my necessity I would have preferred to sit at home and would have tried to keep my self busy in house chores.

Hi The second part of the second sentence needs some attention. 'Applaud' needs to be singular and, at least, you need a comma to show you are introducing a phrase... - He always tries to degrade me in front of others, neither appreciates me nor applauds my efforts.

I would make 'lame' an adverb - it's his behaviour that's lame, not your mistakes...
