Can somebody make sense of this?

Does this make any sense?
Do you think when people look back at 2010, people will think of it as people in 2010 thought of 1980s?

Thanks!!!

Hi - Do you think that, when people look back at 2010, they will think of it as people in 2010 thought of the 1980s? That makes good sense but I don't think I agree. In the UK, the 1980s are remembered as a time when the government tried to dismantle our public health care system.
