Can somebody help to edit my letter to the US Bank? very sorry about my poor English. Thanks
To whom it may concern,
I am regret that my fund was blocked by the United States. This is the first time I am having the experience of fund transferring to the country of Iran. Therefore I do not know the exact regulations.
The banker has told that my friend was listed in the terrorist list by the United States. This is certainly not true as it might be a duplicate name for that. We have provided all kind of supporting documents to proof that we are good person, absolute clean in criminal records and having a genuine fund transfer from Malaysia to Iran and there is no intention of criminal purposes.
The main intention of the payment made was to help my Iranian friend which I know him for 2 years to purchase a home vehicle worth $25,000. He has paid a down payment of $10,000 to the car company as a booking fee. He has got another $12,000 in his bank account balance which makes up a total saving of $21,000. To reach a total vehicle purchase price of $25,000 with his total saving of $21,000, that is not enough and he is short of $4000.
To solve the issue of $4000, he needs to borrow $3000 from his bank and $1000 from me. That’s where I came into place for fund transfer.
I hope this letter and all my supporting documents will help for the release of blocked funds as soon as possible.
