Can somebody explain to me?
I was reading from a magazine where I saw an article about an old lady struggling with Alzhemer's,
and there was a sentence that went like this: "Her langugae skills fragment as do judgement and insight."
Now my questions is,
how could something abstract like language skill FRAGMENT?
I can comprehend if one's memories fragment,
which must mean that person's memories have somehow faded so that some of them are incomplete.
Anyone got any idea?
