Can somebody check it, please?

I was asked to translate it into English. Does it make any sense?

The Middle School in Rabka was established in 1999 as a part of a group of nursery, primary and middle schools. Since 2000 to 2007 it was a separate educational institution. In 2007, The John Paul II Middle School and The Maria Konopnicka Primary School were reunited. Since 2007 to 2003 the school was located at Szkolna St. In 2003, it was moved into a new building at Zielona 3 St.

The most important event in the school history was naming it after John Paul II and receiving a school flag 11th May 2007.
The school is a member of The Diocesan Jana Pawla II Schools Family. Students take part in John Paul II Schools Family pilgrimage to Jasna Góra , celebrate The School Patron’s Day and The Pope’s Day. In 2013, The John Paul II Schools Diocesan Tournament was organised in our school.
Didactic facilities: classrooms equipped with interactive whiteboards and OHPs, a language laboratory, two mobile computer laboratories, a sports hall, a gym, a fitness room and an outdoor field complex.
JPII students successfully participate in numerous academic, sports and artistic competitions.
The school took part in the following events:
Dni Rabki – a festival dedicated to the town Rabka
“Janko Muzykant” – an educational and cultural programme aimed at giving equal educational and cultural opportunities for children living in rural areas
The Culture and Traditions of Rabka Region Project.
John Paul II Middle School educates its students according to the values represented by John Paul II and provides them with a safe environment conducive to learning the skills necessary to be successful 21st century citizens.
