I would like to apply for Unifine Food & Bake position of Product and Marketing Manager. My resume is attached and lists my education and accomplishments.

As detailed in my resume, my skills and experience are a good match for the position you are now trying to fill. For the last six years, I have been responsible for the management of an import export company in the IT business. I have let numerous projects to modernize the sales structure as well as establishing sales campaign and website management.

For my catering experiences, I'm son of caterers, have done catering school, and have worked in restaurants for over ten years. I have done a few specialization as well in tea, coffee and fruit wines and have some knowledge in chocolate.

I also have very strong communications skills and am bilingual in French and English. You will find that I'm ambitious, dynamic, and highly motivated. I am not afraid of responsibility and take pride in meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
