Can Past Perfect be used with Present Present?

I know it's unusual and even perhaps unnecessary, but something tells me it does not sound incorrect.

For example,

Standard. PP + SP

I hadn't noticed you replied to my comment.

Could I say "I hadn't noticed you've replied to my comment."? It just sounds fuller and better to me. I could not find anywhere on the net PaP/PreP combo.
