Can I say,

Singapore is our home. We feel very happy because we can live in Singapore.

No, Pamela, that would also be quite awkward. You could possible use the to-infinitive, though:

- We are happy to live in Singapore.

The collocation 'happy for' is most often followed by an object pronoun:
