Can it be expressed in the present perfect?

Howdy,

Can this sentence be expressed in the present perfect?

You didn't say anything about any boy!

Can one say: You haven't said anything anout any boy! ?

Sometimes I see sentences that I'd expect to be in the present perfect from a purely grammatical point of view but they're not... <confused>

Best wishes,
