Can I write this sentence like this?

Aunt believes that the parents, if living near, will not interfere with her being the main care giver for the children.

This sentence should describe situation when the aunt is the main care giver for two children but there is possibility that both biological children will return to the same area. within this sentence aunt says that these changes will not cause any troubles.
Is this sentence written correctly?

Thanks!

I don't understand how your explanation "possibility that both biological children will return to the same area" relates to what the sentence actually says. "Aunt" needs some kind of determiner -- say "The aunt" if talking impersonally. I would hyphenate "care-giver".
