Can I use withdraw like this?

Here is the database prepared for the 2014-15 Semester 2 Sports program with 605 students data withdraw from the active student list and the score database on 16 Feb 2014. Thank you.

"data withdraw from the active student list", means the data get it from the active student list (an excel file/access database).
