Can I use these sentence?

1) Did you see a white man about 6-feet in a black bomber jacket and on a baseball cap?
2) Did you see a white man about 6-feet tall in a black bomber jacket and on a baseball cap?
3) Did you see a white man about 6-feet wearing a black bomber jacket and a baseball cap?
4) Did you see a white man about 6-feet tall and wearing a black bomber jacket and a baseball cap?
5) Did you see a white man who is about 6-feet tall and wearing a black bomber jacket and a baseball cap?

I'd like to know whether the above sentences are all right.

This is how I would say it:
Did you see a white man about 6-feet tall wearing a black bomber jacket and a baseball cap?

Sentences 1, 2 and 3 are wrong.
Sentences 4 and 5 are marginal.

In English you say a person is in a jacket or has on a jacket. And you can say a person is in a cap or has on a cap. So you could say: He's in a bomber jacket and (in) a baseball cap. Or, He has on a bomber jacket and (has on) a baseball cap. But to just say "on a baseball cap" or "on a bomber jacket" is ungrammatical.

You could also describe the man as:

about 6 feet
