Can I use the structure "Seem to be " in the Present Continuous tense?

Hello Teachers

I know we can use this structure in the present simple tense, for example:

You seem to be good (You look good)

I want to know can I use this structure in the present continuous tense, for example:

You are seeming good ( You are looking good)

"You seem to be a good person." has a different meaning than "You look good."
