Yes, all except maybe, "You should ask Dad to allow you to". This is not strictly speaking grammatically correct. Maybe, "You should ask Dad to see if you are allowed to."

You should ask Dad to allow you to— This is fine and common in AmE at least.

Sorry, perhaps I should have been clearer - it is grammatically correct, but not said as often as, "You should ask Dad if you are allowed to."
