Can I use "share similar concerns to sb's"

Dear all,

I wonder if I can say: "I share similar concerns to sb's" or can I say "I share the same concerns as sb (or as sb's)"

Sorry, I think I did not get my point straight. I was trying to ask if it is correct to say " I share similar concerns to sb's (or should I say "I share similar concerns to sb")"?

I share my concerns with Joe. (You tell Joe what is bothering you.)
I share the same concerns as Joe. (The same things that bother you bother Joe. Both of you are concerned about the same issues or problems.)
I share similar concerns to Joe. (Joe and you are bothered by similar problems or issues.)

You can say those and be understood, but try this:

My concerns are [similar to / the same as] [his / hers / yours / Jack's / Mr. Blake's].

Otherwise, with 'share', it's usually said withou
