Can I use 'Look' in place of 'Seem to be'

Hello Teachers

I would like to know if the following sentences are correct:

1. You seem to be a teacher.

OR

You are looking like a teacher.

2. She seems to be sick.

OR

She is looking sick.

In short, I would like to know if I can use "seem to be" in the Present continuous form.

I’m not exactly a teacher, but “you are looking like a teacher” doesn’t sound right to me. Try the first one. On the second one, I think both look pretty good, and I think I have read books with people saying both.
