Can I use "in" and "of" like this?

Hello!
Can I use the underlined "in" and "of" like this?

We wish to express our gratitude to all participants in and supporters of the charity run with the help of whom we were able to collect EUR 9000 in order to help to survive 34 severely ill children.

Much appreciated!

There are several problems with this sentence, but the prepositions "of" and "in" are used OK. You have posted a lot of questions on the forums. Why don't you register as a user?
