Can I use "find investing in"

I'm in doubt with a englis expression. See the text:

You'll find investing in cheap Houston bank owned homes for sale easier now because you found the reo bank owned homes in Houston on our site. Click our search boxes – buy cheap Houston bank owned properties right away.

I don't know if the expression above can be used. And the word investing Is it a substantive or a verb in that case?
